The Slowstar® Vertical Slow Juicer and Mincer creates fresh cold pressed juice in minutes. Slowstar has a low speed of 47 RPM with a 200 Watt motor and 3-stage speed reduction gears that produce the equivalent amount of torque as a 9 HP motor. The Duoblade™ Double-Edged Auger creates a double cut, cutting and crushing your produce twice as much as a traditional vertical auger. The low speed of operation preserves the quality of your juice, preventing friction and heat during the juicing process. Not only can you juice with the Slowstar®, you can turn it into a multipurpose tool by replacing the top of the machine with the Mincing Attachment turning your ingredients into fresh salsas, chutneys, sorbet, almond milk and more!
